Here’s how to jailbreak your device running on iOS 9.1 using Pangu jailbreak :
Step 1: Download Pangu9 version 1.3.0 and iTunes 12.3.x for Windows from the below download section to ensure that you obtain genuine copies of the official software for iOS 9.1.
Step 2: Connect your device via USB, open iTunes and make sure that it's connected with your device. If this is the first time connecting to the Windows computer you’re using to jailbreak with, or the first time since it was last restored, you’ll be required to trust the connection on both your device and the computer.
Step 3: Close iTunes once you are at the main device overview screen. From there, toggle Airplane mode inside of Control Center (this ensures the successful execution of the jailbreak). Launch Pangu and click “Start”, followed by “Already Backup” to proceed with the iOS 9.1 jailbreak.
